AZ-10

The AZ-10 is a fully concentric vertical mono-bore tree design.

Easily customized, reasonably priced and on the job fast. These all make the AZ-10 ideal for rapid field development. A streamlined completion means greater cost savings, fewer tools, reduced human interfaces and less third party services.

Our patented system allows interfaces with all 18 ¾” 10,000 or 15,000 psi wellheads. Built into our universal tubing hanger design is the ability for larger vertical interface adjustments. The tubing hanger accommodates up to seven hydraulic penetrations and one electric penetration, including capabilities for smart well and up to 5 ½" tubing.

The AZ-10 is currently rated to 10,000 psi working pressure and 6,000 ft water depth. The AZ-10 is designed to API 17D, API 6A, PR2 and AV1 PR-2 USV. Lloyd’s Register has provided 3rd party design verification and validation.

The AZ-10 weighs in at 50,000 pounds. It is light enough to be handled safely with rig cranes and is easily transported to the moon pool. Deck area needed to store the tree and its associated tool package is small. Eliminates traditional requirements for additional vessels to store tooling and other rig equipment. The AZ-10 can be deployed through any Generation-2 semi-submersible or newer generation rigs moon pool.

Flexibility to interface with any industry standard subsea control modules, chokes and flowline connection systems.
