Carl Aubrey is General Manager of Argus Subsea and is responsible for overseeing the company’s growth and product development. Carl brings domestic and international experience in sales and operations in the subsea sector of the Oil Industry.
Prior to joining Argus, Carl spent 28 years with Cameron, where he focused on subsea projects and product development. He has worked in various fields of the service sector: Subsea Systems, Surface Systems, Product Management and Research and Development.
He served as a Senior Project Manager and Subsea Aftermarket Manager until joining Argus Subsea.

Earl Broussard is director of Sales & Marketing for Argus Subsea and is the architect of the new AZ-10 subsea tree.
Earl has been involved in the subsea tree industry for more than 30 years, with a focus on subsea production and drilling. During his career, Broussard has held senior management positions in the domestic and international subsea operations at Grant Prideco, Cal Dive International, Cameron, Western Oceanic and Conoco.
While at Cameron, Broussard was instrumental in the design and installation of the world’s first 15,000 working pressure subsea tree installed in 1999 in the Gulf of Mexico.
Broussard holds a BBA from Sam Houston State University.

Brian Sneed, Engineering Manager of Argus Subsea, has 13 years of related experience in new product design and product development. Brian has successfully managed major projects for key customers in the oilfield including Total, Exxon, BP, and Anadarko.
Among his significant previous positions, Brian served as Engineering Manager for Wood Group Pressure Control’s Surface Wellhead Division. He was a key contributor for Cameron’s largest Subsea Manifold project, Total AKPO, where he assisted in the design of all major components and provided the structural and Finite Elements Analysis for the entire manifold system. Brian has worked in various fields in the oilfield including Subsea Controls and Subsea Manifolds, Surface Wellhead, Drilling and Research and Development.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in Mechanical Engineering Technology.

Kim LaFon joined the Argus family in 2008 and brings over 13 years of accounting management experience in both the energy and non-profit sectors. Kim has managed financial and gas trading accounting functions for industry leaders Shell Oil and Duke Energy. Most recently Kim was the Controller at the Houston Zoo. Kim earned her BS in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a licensed CPA.

Bruce Hogg has been in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years. The majority of his time has been spent developing, engineering, manufacturing and testing subsea wellhead, trees, manifolds, PLETS, PLEMS and jumpers.
Over the years he has been involved in Research and Development, Engineering Design, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quotations, Procurement, Systems Management, Facility Management.

With over 28 years of oilfield equipment experience, Lance Robbins has hands on expertise in product manufacturing and development of integrated management systems (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 18001, API Q1, etc.). Lance has developed a unique combination of manufacturing and management knowledge that has given him proficiency in machining, procurement, quality control, quality assurance, auditing, welding, and equipment service. Prior to joining the Argus family in March 2008, Lance was an integral part of the T3 Energy and Stewart and Stevenson organizations. |
